Untitled Document ATTENTION: PAM (Personal Account Manager) will only work for Lake Shore and Water Tower faculty, staff and student password changes. Individuals with a Medical Center ID will need to use Loyola Wired (LUMC Faculty/Staff) or myLUMEN (LUMC Students) to change passwords, or should contact the Medical Center Help Desk at 708-216-2160 for assistance.

Forgot your password? Your network login password can be reset if you have set your self-reset credentials.

If you have not set your credentials it will step you through it. In order to change a forgotten password the credentials must already be setup.

For security purposes we are unable to reset passwords via email. Please contact the Help Desk via telephone at: 773 / 508 - 4 I TS (773/508-4487).
